Named in honor of Yodit, the first girl Crisis Aid ever rescued from sexual slavery in East Africa, the Yodit Silver needs no sizing. Its memory wire fits all wrists and contains no clasp. Made with silver-plated beads and bead caps, clear crystal beads, along with silver “noodles,” it will soon be your favorite go to bracelet. A butterfly and bead dangle hang from each end to make it a favorite in our store.
The first U.S.-based Crisis Aid Refuge home opened in December 2012 for young adults. After many calls from multiple state agencies, we expanded our Refuge Home in July 2015 in order to serve both young adults and minors in state custody-which are both tremendous needs in our community according to the 2015 Trafficking in Persons Report.
Because of your giving and prayers, we have provided trauma-centered aftercare services to more than 155 American victims of sex trafficking ages 13-30 years old.
